Mexico Man Arrested After Taking Public Safety Officers On A Foot Chase
A Mexico man is in the Audrain County Jail after taking Mexico Public Safety Officers on a foot chase yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
According to the department an officer stopped a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Clark Street around 9:30 yesterday morning.
22 year old Austin R. Cash had a warrant for his arrest out of Callaway County and police say he exited the car and ran from the scene.
Officers chased him on foot for about 3 blocks before taking him into custody.
No injuries were reported.
