Mizzou Athletics is introducing a new youth program.

Truman’s Tales presented by Great Southern Bank, is designed to encourage reading and education throughout the state of Missouri.

The program challenges all youth in sixth grade and lower to read 4 books over the course of the spring and summer.

Readers that complete the program will receive 2 complimentary ticket vouchers to each of MU’s ticketed sports throughout the 2020-2021 Mizzou Athletics year.

Major League Baseball will reportedly have a return-to-play proposal within a week.

According to ESPN a proposal from Major League Baseball will offer the return-to-play proposal to the MLB Players Association within a week, as teams have begun to encourage players to prepare for a spring training that could begin in mid-June and a season that could start in July.

Multiple executives are suggesting that as many as 50 players will be available for teams to use and that they’ll have active rosters of up to 30 players each game.

The length of the season, should it start in July, could be from 80 to 100 games.
