Mexico Public Safety Report 8/10/20

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, August 7th:

A stealing or theft on South Jeffries.

A fraud at 4050 South Clark.

Public Safety went to these calls on Saturday, August 8th:

A suspicious person on North Western.

A fraud at Mars.

An assault with no injuries on West Monroe.

Shots fired reported at Lakeside Place.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Sunday):

A fight in progress at West Monroe.

A intoxicated person driving at West Monroe.

Fireworks on North Agricultural.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident on Highway 54 at Vance Road on Friday, August 7th at 6:09 pm.

According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 27 year old Zachary Dillon of Mexico pulled into the intersection and struck a vehicle on the front passenger side that was driven by 44 year old Eugenia Owens of Mexico.

No injuries were reported.
