Mexico Public Safety Report 9/14/20

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, September 11th:

A report of shots fired on West Maple.

Property damage at North Mississippi.

A stealing or theft on North Coal and at the West Love Apartments.

A scam on Eagle Drive.

A stealing or theft at North Wade.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Saturday, September 12th:

Shots fired at the corner of South Mississippi and Liberty.

Shop lifting at 4820 South Clark.

An assault with no injury on North Jefferson.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls yesterday (Sunday):

A stealing or theft at 2825 South Clark.

Property damage on Carrico.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident on Clark at Breckenridge on Friday, September 11th.

According to the accident report a  vehicle driven by a 17 year old Mexico resident failed to stop at a stop sign causing a collision with a vehicle driven by 82 year old Donald Lincoln of Mexico.

80 year old Carolyn Lincoln was taken to SSM Audrain for treatment.

 

A 2 car accident on Highway J at Audrain County Road 308 on Friday, September 11th.

According to the accident report it happened as a vehicle driven by 30 year old Maxwell Miller of Mexico was pulling out of a private drive and was hit by a vehicle travelling down the highway.

A passenger in the second vehicle, 61 year old Kyle Bishop was taken to SSM for treatment.
