Mexico Public Schools have a number of events coming up this month throughout the district.
Tomorrow (Friday) is the Homecoming Game and festivities include the reverse parade starting at 3:00, the football game against Kirksville at 7:00 and the Queen coronation after the game.
The Bulldog eSports program is thriving and now includes students from the Mexico Middle School.
Eugene Field Elementary students have the opportunity to take part in the Virtual Pumpkin Run at Lakeview Park.
Students are encouraged to run or walk around the park and snap a picture when they finish.
Those photos will be accepted by PE teacher Mrs. Dukes and those that complete the activity will get a prize.
International ShakeOut Day is October 15th and the District is likely to have earthquake drills as a result.
