Montgomery County Judge Kelly C. Broniec receives appointment to higher court.
Governor Mike Parson announced Broniec’s appointment to the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals today.
Judge Broniec received her Bachelor’s degree from William Woods and her law degree from Mizzou.
