New cases of the novel coronavirus continue to rise in Audrain County.
As of 1:45 this (Wednesday) afternoon, there are 18 new cases reported by the Audrain County Health Department for a total of 1,262.
The number of active cases rose by 6 to 185 and 12 additional recoveries reported today.
Of the active cases, Mexico has 149 and Vandalia has 13.
Twenty-eight deaths have been reported since the pandemic began.
