ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 40 year old Michael E. Nelson yesterday (Tuesday) for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday).
A suspicious person at Country Place Court and at 2763 South Clark.
Trespassing at Lakeview Park.
A stolen vehicle on East Liberty.
Driving without a valid license on East Liberty.
An intoxicated person driving at West Monroe.
A fight in progress at Plunkett Park.
Threats on East Breckenridge.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A one car accident reported in the 200 block of North Western yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 76 year old Roy Lions of Mexico failed to maintain his lane of travel, hitting a curve with the right front tire and also hitting a utility pole. No injuries were reported.
A 2 car accident reported at Presser Hall at 900 South Jefferson Street yesterday (Tuesday).
According to the accident report the owner of a motorcycle was teaching someone to how to drive, when they lost control and ran into a parked vehicle.
No injuries reported.
