CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday):
Suspicious activity on Beacon.
A stealing or theft at Lakeview Park.
Property damage on Howell Manor Court.
Threats at East Liberty.
Harassment on MacFarlane.
An unwanted subject at West Monroe.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
No injuries reported following an accident in the parking lot of the NuTone Cleaners at 410 West Monroe yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
According to the accident report it happened just after 2:30 when a vehicle driven by 80 year old Charles Fry III was turning into the parking lot and hit a vehicle and ran into the building.
No structural damage was reported to the building.
A 2 car accident on South Clark and Promenade last (Tuesday) night.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 28 year old Ashley Wilson of Hannibal hit a vehicle in the rear that was being driven by 43 year old Melody Dooley of Mexico.
No injuries.
