Mexico Public Safety Department Report 12/13/21

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, December 10th:

Suspicious activity on South Calhoun.

A careless and imprudent driver at the corner of East Bolivar and Calhoun.

A neighbor dispute on the corner of West Buchanan and West Street and at North Kentucky.

A domestic physical incident on Howell Manor Court.

A suspicious vehicle at West Breckenridge.

A domestic verbal incident on Howell Manor Court and at the corner of South Morris Street and Emmons.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Saturday, December 11th:

A suspicious vehicle on West Vine.

A neighbor dispute at East Seminary.

A stealing or theft at 3001 South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety went to the following calls for service yesterday (Sunday):

A stealing or theft on North Western.

A suspicious person at East Jackson and at 413 East Liberty and on East Holt.

A domestic physical incident at Tyronn Lue Boulevard.

A burglary in progress on South Calhoun.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident on Saturday, December 11th at the 400 block of Agricultural. According to the accident report it happened when the driver of a 2001 BMW collided with a vehicle driven by 41 year old Johnson Terrell of Mexico. According to Mexico Public Safety the driver of the BMW fled the accident before officers arrived. No injuries were reported.

 

A 2 car accident on West Monroe at North Kentucky on Friday, December 10th at 3:23 pm. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by a 17 year old Mexico resident was waiting to turn into the Moser’s parking lot and a 2nd vehicle collided with the back of the vehicle. A 17 year old female passenger was evaluated by EMS at the scene and released.
