The Miss Missouri Pageant week is officially underway.
The contestants moved into their dorms at the Missouri Military Academy today (Sunday).
After a golf tournament the contestants were greeted by Governor Mike Parson and First Lady Teresa Parson at The Oaks in Mexico.
Governor Parson told the ladies they could be an important part of the future of Missouri.
Night one of the preliminary competition starts on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
A new Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen will be crowned on Friday, June 16, 2023.
Then a new Miss Missouri will be crowned on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
