A Mokane man is dead after an accident in Callaway County on Monday, October 9, 2023.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened when 77-year-old Joseph B. Richner was driving his tractor too close to the edge of a lake and overturned.
Richner was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to the Maupin Funeral Home.
