It will be an early dismissal for students of the Mexico School District today (Friday) as they prepare for Homecoming.
Students will be dismissed at 12:30 this (Friday) afternoon.
The Homecoming Parade takes place at 3pm.
The parade route leaves the Mexico High School student parking lot, goes left on Curtis, right on Wade, left on Love, right on Washington, left on Promenade, left on Jefferson.
The parade will disband north of Jefferson and Anderson Street.
This year’s Homecoming theme is Nightmare at Hawthorne Heights.
There are five candidates for 2023 Homecoming Queen.
They are Addison Heim, Jordyn Thurman, Reagan Wright, Daida Herrera and Kaitlyn Rose.
Mexico Bulldogs play the Moberly Spartans with a 7pm kickoff.
Coronation takes place following the football game.
