In Game 1 Mexico shutout Hermann 10-0.
Sam Ryan earned the victory for Mexico.
Ryan surrendered four hits and no runs over six innings, and struck out six batters.
Landon Hilderman led the Bulldogs offense with two hits in four at bats.
Kaden Benne and Brady Fox each drove in two runs for Mexico.
The Bulldogs defense turned two double plays in the game.
Mexico lost 5-1 against Southern Boone.
Austin Maxwell was the starting pitcher for the Bulldogs.
Maxwell struck out five batters.
Sam Ryan, Chance McCarty, Jaydon Eldridge, Landon Hilderman, and Austin Maxwell each collected one hit for the Bulldogs.
Jaydon Eldridge led Mexico’s offense with one RBI.
