Moberly Police Department Arrests 6/10/24 Through 6/12/24
The following incidents/arrests were investigated by the Moberly Police Department between the hours of 7am on 6/10/24 and 7am 6/12/24.
On June 10, 2024, a Moberly Officer observed 39-year-old Annette Webster walking on Wightman St.
The officer knew Webster had multiple warrants for her arrest. Webster was contacted and placed under arrest for original charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
Webster was transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On June 10, 2024, Officers responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a theft inside the store.
Officers made contact and arrested 35-year-old Jonathan Roste outside the store.
Roste was charged with felony stealing due to his extensive criminal history.
Roste was transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On June 10, 2024, a Moberly Officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Rollins and Clark St.
The 65-year-old operator consented to a search of his person and motorcycle.
The officer located a hypodermic needle in the subject’s property.
The needle field tested positive for methamphetamine.
The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Jail.
On June 10, 2024, Officers responded to the 100 block of Wendell Lane in reference to a peace disturbance.
Officers contacted 41-year-old Amy Williams on scene and found she had an active Randolph County warrant for her arrest on original charges of driving while suspended or revoked.
Williams was transported to the Moberly Police Department where she posted the required bond.
On June 10, 2024, Officers responded to the area of Kehoe St in reference a verbal altercation.
While investigating the incident, Officers contacted 30-year-old Steven Hamm who was operating a vehicle.
Hamm was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and later transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On June 12, 2024, Officers responded to MRMC in reference an intoxicated male leaving the area operating a vehicle.
Officers later contacted the 27-year-old operator, and he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.
The subject was later transported to the Randolph County Jail.
