Arrests:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 30-year-old Devontay W. Wilkerson for an Audrain County warrant on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
- Domestic physical incident on West Boulevard.
- Threats at Kelley Parkway.
- Stealing or theft on South Washington and at West Jackson.
- Domestic physical incident at the West Love apartment building.
- Vehicle break-in on Southern Hills.
Car accidents:
Mexico Public Safety responded to three separate car accidents on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
The first accident was just after 3pm in the 1300 block of North Clark.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Zachary Tate of Mexico was backing out of a private driveway and backed into a legally parked vehicle belonging to 66-year-old Karron Kelsey of Mexico.
No injuries were reported.
The second accident happened in the 700 block of Curtis around 4:15pm.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Kayla Oliver of Mexico was backing out of a private driveway and backed into a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Tarica Pickett of Mexico.
No injuries were reported.
The third accident happened on Highway 54 at Liberty.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when 36-year-old Felicia Harding of Mexico stopped at a stop sign to turn and was hit from behind by a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Sharon Cooper of Mexico.
No injuries were reported.
