Big Races And Several Issues On November 5, 2024 Ballot

Election Day has arrived and there are several big races and issues that Missourians will see on the ballot.

Missourians will see five state amendments and a statewide proposition on the 11/05/2024 ballot.

Amendment Two would allow sports betting in Missouri with a 10% tax to be appropriated for education.

Amendment Three would establish a constitutional right to reproductive health care, including abortions.

Amendment Five would allow for a new casino to be built on the Osage River.

Amendment Six would re-establish court fees to pay for law enforcement salaries and retirement.

Missourians will see the race for the senate seat between Republican Josh Hawley and Democrat Lucas Kunce.

In the race for Governor it will be between Republican Mike Kehoe and Democrat Crystal Quade.

And of course the Presidential race between Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Polls open at 6am and close at 7pm.

To vote Missouri law requires voters to show a valid government-issued photo ID from the state of Missouri or the federal government, such as a driver’s license, passport or military ID.
