An investigation is underway by the Fulton Police Department following a homicide and a reported assault involving two patients at the Fulton State Hospital.
In a statement released yesterday (Thursday) by the Fulton Police Department, the incident reportedly happened on Tuesday, January 7th, and there is no threat to the public.
Police said they will release more details today (Friday).
