Mexico Bulldogs Sinks Orchard Farm In Sectionals Of Game Of State Tournament

The Mexico Bulldogs defeated the Orchard Farm Eagles 55-49 in the Sectional game of the State Tournament at the Orchard Farm High School in St. Charles on Monday, Mar. 10, 2025.

Mexico’s defense shut down the Orchard Farm offense in the first quarter by allowing them just four points.

Orchard Farm would would outscore Mexico 14-13 in the second quarter.

The Bulldogs led 26-18 at halftime.

Mexico would lead by as many as 17 points in the second half.

Orchard Farm did not go away easily and cut the Bulldogs lead to just five points.

Mexico would eliminate the Eagles with a strong performance by senior PJ Perkins who led all scorers with 19 points.

Charlie Fisher and Kaden Benne put up 10 points each respectively.

Mexico will play Vashon at the Mexico High School on Friday, Mar. 14th with a trip to the Final Four on the line.
