The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing man in Cole County.
Authorities say 21-year-old Blaze Starkey was last seen Monday afternoon around 1:30 near Park Street in Russellville.
Starkey is described as five-foot-ten, 180 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
He was wearing a black and white cap, gray shirt, black shorts, and carrying a dark backpack.
Investigators say Starkey is autistic, considered low-functioning, and has no means to support himself.
He left on foot and his destination is unknown.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or the Cole County Sheriff’s Office.
