A man charged in a deadly 2024 shooting in Columbia has pleaded guilty.
Twenty-two-year-old Daevion McCray entered guilty pleas Monday at the Boone County Courthouse to two counts of second-degree assault and one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
As part of the plea agreement, other charges against him will be dismissed.
McCray was originally arrested in connection with the shooting death of 28-year-old Orion Moody on Clark Lane.
He is scheduled to be sentenced June 12th in Boone County.
