Mexico Public Safety arrested a man Tuesday following an early morning shooting incident.
Officers responded around 5:30 a.m. to reports of gunfire near the 900 block of Harwood.
Police say 38-year-old Darius Hoffman allegedly followed another driver he was upset with, then pulled alongside the vehicle on Breckenridge Street and fired several shots.
No injuries were reported. Investigators later identified Hoffman through video evidence and arrested him around 2 p.m. on Yale Street without incident.
He faces multiple charges, including unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
A court hearing is scheduled for This morning in Audrain County.
