A Fulton man was arrested this week following a shots fired incident in Ralls County.
The Ralls County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Highway 19 near Perry at around 8:30 p.m. Monday.
24-year-old Dylan O’Brien was reportedly riding as a passenger in a car and shot another passenger in the arm, causing major blood loss.
The victim was airlifted to University Hospital.
O’Brien had a reported blood alcohol level of .220. He was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault and booked into the Marion County Jail on a $250,000 cash-only bond.
