A Columbia man was arrested last night in connection to a shooting on West Bethany Drive that occurred last month.
27-year-old Deangelo Hughes is in custody after allegedly shooting into a house with three people in it in June. No one was hurt in that incident.
Captain Brian Leer with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office says that authorities pulled over Hughes’ vehicle yesterday and he refused to exit at first.
Hughes reportedly faces pending charges of assault, armed criminal action, resisting a felony arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
