A 22-year-old woman from Eldon suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday evening in Miller County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 5:55 p.m. on Highway 42 at Pine Tree Lane.
Troopers say the driver was traveling east when her 2018 Chevrolet Equinox left the roadway and struck a tree.
She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was transported by Miller County Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.
The SUV was totaled and towed from the scene.
The driver was not insured, according to the crash report.
