A 69-year-old Linn man was killed Tuesday evening in an ATV crash in Osage County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened just before 7:40 p.m. on Missouri 100.
Troopers say the man was driving a 2025 Honda Rancher northbound when the ATV began to slide, overturned, and ejected him.
The driver was not wearing a safety device and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Osage County Coroner.
His body was released to a local funeral home.
The crash marks Troop F’s first fatal traffic crash of July and the 36th fatality of the year.
