Two people have been charged with sexual misconduct charges after an incident in Columbia on July 15.
The Columbia Police Department reportedly responded to an indecency report around 10:12 p.m. that evening that occurred at the front of a business. The person who reported said that two people could be on security footage naked and egaging in oral sex on the front patio of the business.
Officers arrived at the scene to find the nude individuals and identified them as Gregory Hahn and Vickie Hoffman, who have both been charged with First Degree Sexual Misconduct.
