Jefferson City Man Charged After Alleged Knife Threat

A Jefferson City man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening to kill a woman with a knife.

Police responded to a disturbance September 8th after a neighbor reported hearing a woman screaming for someone to get off her and take a knife away from her face.

According to court documents, 43-year-old Elmer Wilson later allegedly pulled the woman down by her hair, held a knife to her neck and threatened to kill her.

Wilson is jailed without bond on charges including armed criminal action, third-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
