Jefferson City Harassment Charges
A Jefferson City man is facing two felony charges after allegedly posting intimate photos of a woman without her consent.
Court documents state police were called to a women’s shelter October first, where a woman reported receiving threatening text messages from Steven Willis.
She also told officers Willis created multiple Facebook profiles using her name and posted nude photos of her.
Documents state Willis denied sending the messages and sharing the images, but refused to let officers examine his phone.
Willis faces charges of first-degree harassment and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was released on a five-thousand-dollar bond.
