Jefferson City Man Pleads Guilty to CSAM

A Jefferson City man has pleaded guilty to possessing child sexual abuse material.

Twenty-year-old Nathaniel Devalle pleaded guilty October 13th to one count of possession of child pornography.

Investigators with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Task Force traced online tips to Devalle. A search warrant served at his residence in November 2025 led to the discovery of a device containing the material.

Devalle was being held in the Cole County Jail without bond. He is scheduled to be sentenced December 8th.
