In a 100 to 59 vote yesterday, the Missouri House passed the Right to Work Legislation to the Senate.
The bill calls for a ban on requirement of fees paid to unions.
The Senate is expected to begin debating the issue next week.
The Right to Work bill has been a priority to to lawmakers this season.
