A Hannibal man is recovering from injuries after being hit while riding his bike yesterday (Tuesday).
According to the Hannibal Police Department a 58 year old man was riding his bicycle and was hit by a vehicle being driven by 24 year old Dakota Kuntz.
Police say that Kuntz left the scene and was later arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident plus possession of meth and resisting arrest.
The bicyclist was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.
