Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls yesterday (Tuesday):
A domestic physical incident at 101 West Promenade.
A sexual assault call at the West Plaza Shopping Center.
Trespassing at 110 East Vine.
Shop lifting at 1719 South Clark.
No new cases of the novel coronavirus being reported in Audrain County today (Thursday). According to the Audrain County Health Department, there are 13 active cases in the county with 10 of them in Mexico. There have been 1,611 recoveries and 52 deaths since the pandemic began.

No new positive cases of COVID-19 being reported in Audrain County as of 11:30 this morning. According to the Audrain County Health Department 102 county residents have been tested for COVID-19. One case has been confirmed as positive, 101 negative, and no test results are pending.
The Mexico School District is continuing to work on the elementary school reconfiguration process planned for next year.
