A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail after an arrest last (Friday) night.
According to Fulton Police they went to the area of 10th Street and East Avenue around 9:36 last (Friday) night to investigate a possible burglary in the area.
Officers made contact with 48 year old Timothy Picton who had an active felony warrant for his arrest out of Callaway County for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.
Picton’s bond has been set at $4500.00.
