Governor Mike Parson signed the 28.6 billion dollar budget for the State of Missouri today. [Friday]
The budget improves funding for K-12 and higher education, infrastructure, workforce development and ending opioid abuse.
The budget includes a $99 million dollar increase for public education and $70 million for infrastructure and workforce development.
Parson vetoed 21 line items, saving $12 million.
