A man facing charges for a double homicide in Miller County is asking for a change of venue for his trial.
Gary Sweet is accused of shooting Jim and Sheri Parker on November 8 at the Riverview RV Park. The Parkers had reportedly recently evicted him from the park.
Sweet is asking for a change of venue due to media publicity in the case.
