The St. Louis Cardinals offense went quiet in a 4-0 loss to the Chicago White Sox last (Wednesday) night.

The Redbirds ended up splitting the 2 game series with the White Sox.

The Cardinals are off today (Thursday) and return home to Busch Stadium after going 5-4 on their road trip.

The Kansas City Royals lost 8-5 to the Minnesota Twins.

Royals all star Salvador Perez hit a home run, and Mike Moustakas hit two out of the ball park in the loss.
