Rush Hill Man Arrested After Domestic Disturbance

The Audrain County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Rush Hill man on Sunday after being called to a domestic incident on Audrain County Road 447.

Audrain Sheriff Matt Oller reports deputies were on scene for three and a half to four hours when 24 year old Joshua Gene Cuno allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend and his mother.

It was reported Cuno had exhibited a firearm and had caused very minor injuries to his girlfriend.

Deputies were able to make verbal contact Cuno and he was taken into custody without further incident.

Cuno was scheduled for an arraignment this morning on several charges including elder abuse, kidnapping, and domestic assault.
