Two Car Accidents Reported in Mexico Over Labor Day Weekend

Two accidents are being reported over the Labor day weekend.

The first was Friday, August 31st at 5:38pm in the area of Boulevard and Clark.

According to Mexico Public Safety, 18 year old Jacy Graham of Mexico was making a right hand turn and ran into the back of a vehicle driven by 19 year old Mahayla Turner of Mexico who was stopped for oncoming traffic.

Both vehicles suffered moderate damage.

The second accident happened on Sunday, September 2nd around 12:56pm on the Highway 54 Bypass at the East Liberty off ramp.

A vehicle rear ended another who was stopped for oncoming traffic.

75 year old Donald Beckley and 78 year old Mildred Beckley complained of neck and back pain however refused transport to the hospital.
