Mexico Bulldogs Win Sixth Straight Highway 54 Bowl
The Mexico Bulldogs are the winners of the 2018 Highway 54 Bowl defeating the Fulton Hornets 49 to 14.
The Bulldogs rushing attack was in full force with 520 yards.
Tyler Talley scored two touchdowns, Dillon Nichols with 2 touchdowns, Isiah Reams with a touchdown, Dante Billups visited the end zone once, and Quarterback Ty Prince with one score.
The Bulldogs defense forced a fumble and recovered the ball.
Twice Mexico recovered kicks.
Mexico has now won six consecutive 54 Bowls and improved their record to 5-3 overall and 2-2 North Central Missouri Conference.
Mexico ends the regular season next week at home vs. the Moberly Spartans.
