A man injured in an altercation at Hardees in Hannibal on Sunday afternoon has died.
Forty three year old Gregory Stanley died at Blessing Hospital late last night. [Wednesday]
Police were called at 3:38 on Sunday for an assault. Upon arrival they found Stanley with serious injuries, and arrested 33 year old Damien Fugate of Hannibal.
Fugate is currently charged with second degree assault.
He is slated to appear in a Marion County Courtroom tomorrow. [Friday]
