Governor Signs 2020 Budget
Missouri Governor Mike Parson signed the Fiscal Year 2020 budget bills today. [Monday]
The total state budget is approximately $30 billion, including $10.2 billion in general revenue.
Parson is continuing to make make infrastructure a top priority, including $351 million for replacement and repair of bridges.
Additionally, the budget includes $18.9 million for the Mo Excels Workforce Initiative that develops and expands employer driven education and training programs to substantially increase educational attainment.
