Baseball America named him as a second team All-American yesterday (Monday).
The left handed pitcher was named a third team All-American by Collegiate Baseball last month.
Sikkema was drafted as the 38th overall pick in this MLB draft by the New York Yankees.

A successful return for Michael Wacha to the St. Louis Cardinals starting rotation last (Monday) night as the Redbirds defeated the Miami Marlins 4-1.
Wacha was making his first start last (Monday) night since being moved to the bullpen last month.
He pitched 6 scoreless innings giving up 5 hits.
