Two Juveniles Charged In Mexico Murder

Two juveniles suspected to be involved in the February 1,2019 murder of Tajuan Williams in Mexico are now charged as adults.

Demetric Dorsey and Trebion Dorsey, both 15 years old at the time of the murder, have been charged in Audrain County with Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

Both suspects had initially been charged as juveniles, while the third person alleged to be involved, Dekhise Dorsey, was charged as an adult.

According to a probable cause statement, Williams was shot and killed as he was running away following a physical confrontation with the suspects.

Before his death, Williams told police “the Dorseys” had shot him.

Trebion Dorsey and Demetric Dorsey will appear in Audrain County Court Tuesday  at 10:00.
