A Holts Summit man was sentenced to 7 years in prison in a Callaway County Court yesterday [Monday] for first degree sexual abuse.
Twenty-year-old Wesley Kenneth Ridge Dailey admitted he used the feet of a female child victim to masturbate himself in December of 2017.
The victim reported the incident to a school counselor and the investigation ensued.
