The City of Mexico hosted a ribbon cutting to officially introduce the new playground equipment at Hardin Park to the community today. [Friday]
The new equipment features a train theme and was inspired by the nearby railway.
The funding for the new equipment came from the Park Sales Tax passed by voters in August of 2012. The total cost of the project was $62,424.
The playground is suited for children ages 5 through 12.
