Missouri State Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch is deciding whether she wants to appeal a judges ruling against her in a lawsuit about her Twitter account blocking users.
Reisch said in a statement yesterday (Friday) her next step will be to weigh the merits of appealing the lawsuit.
A Centralia man Mike Campbell filed the lawsuit against Reisch in a federal court, seeking to bar Reisch from blocking him or anyone from her Twitter page based on their political viewpoints or content.
Reisch said the ruling against her in part, was filed by an individual who never had the intent of communicating with me or my office, but instead wanted to generate publicity with frivolous politigation.
Reisch is a Republican from Hallsville that represents the 44th district, which covers parts of Boone and Randolph Counties.
