CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Thursday):
Trespassing at the corner of South Morris and Monroe.
A stealing or theft at Sannebeck Drive.
Threats on West Jackson.
A careless and imprudent driver on East Holt.
FIRES:
Careless disposal of smoking material to blame for a shrubbery fire in the 300 block of West Jackson last (Thursday) night.
It happened just before 6, public safety put out the fire.
No damage or injuries from the incident.
