The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos, 30-6 on the road last (Thursday) night.
The Chiefs lost quarterback Patrick Mahomes to a knee injury early in the 2nd quarter, however veteran QB Matt Moore and a stingy defense helped secure Kansas City an 8 straight victory over the rival Broncos.
No report on the severity of Mahomes knee injury has been released yet.
The Chiefs return to Arrowhead Stadium next weekend to take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football.
The St. Louis Blues with a 4-3 loss to the Vancouver Canucks.
It was the first loss for Blues goalie Jordan Binnington in four shootout games with the Blues.
For the second consecutive game and the third time this season, the Blues could not hold a 2 goal lead. St. Louis is now 3-1-3 on the season.
