One Arrested After Alleged DWI Crash In Montgomery County
A Wellsville man is facing charges after a crash on Highway 161 in Montgomery County last night. [Thursday]
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the crash occurred as a vehicle, driven by 61 year old Bobby Morris, failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the left side of the road and overturned.
Morris refused medical treatment at the scene.
He was placed on a 12 hour hold at the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the road, no seatbelt and no insurance.
